The Wolf Ranch Elementary PTA is looking for committee members and Helping Hands for the 2023-2024 school year. Many of our events are not possible without volunteers.

Committee Members

Committees are comprised of 3-5 individuals who are appointed by the Committee Chair, with approval of the Executive Board.

• Support the Committee Chair to plan and carry out the work of the PTA, while believing in and supporting the mission and purposes and policies of PTA

• Must be a PTA member

• Are expected to actively participate carry out delegated tasks that should be completed timely and within budget (time commitment varies by committee)

• Regularly communicate and meet

Room Helpers

The Room Representative is a liaison between the teacher and parent/guardians, ensuring effective communication, organizing classroom events, and coordinating volunteers. This role helps meet classroom needs, keeps parents informed about PTA events, and supports various school activities throughout the year. You'll assist with classroom tasks, organize events like class parties and field trips, and work with Helping Hands to support your classroom and school community throughout the year. Sign up here.

Helping Hands

A helping hand is someone who is interested in assisting with classroom tasks, class parties, field trips and school wide events. This is great for the guardian who would like to be involved in school and would like to do so on an as available and needed basis.
