Carnival

Join us for our Carnival on Friday, April 14 from 5:00-9:00 p.m.!

In addition to Carnival activities, we will have an online silent auction and raffle basket drawing.

  • Online Silent Auction: April 7-April 14 (auction will close at 9:00 p.m.)

  • Raffle Basket Drawing: During the Carnival at 8:45 p.m.

Save time and pre-order your wristbands and raffle tickets, April 1-13!

You can purchase online or at the school during morning drop off and pick up (7:15-8:15 a.m. and 2:30-3:45 p.m.). All credit card transactions will include a processing fee. Please note there will not be in-person sales on April 7 or April 10.

Online orders can be picked up during the times listed above. Any orders not picked up by April 13 at 3:45 p.m. will need to be picked up at the Will Call table at the Carnival. Wristbands and raffle tickets WILL NOT be sent home with your child.

The pre-sale will end on April 13 at 3:45 p.m. Wristbands and raffle tickets can be purchased at the Carnival.

IMPORTANT! ALL SALES FINAL -- NO REFUNDS! The PTA is not responsible for lost or stolen wristbands and/or raffle tickets.

  • All-access wristbands are for kids only. Wristbands allow kids access to all Carnival activities.

    Ages 4 and over are $10, while kids 3 and under are free. To keep costs minimal for families with multiple kids, there is a $30 maximum fee (3 or more kids = $30 admission).

    You can pre-purchase wristbands online until April 13.

    We will also have a DJ and multiple food vendors. Please note that food must be purchased and is not included with a Carnival wristband.

  • The online silent auction will run from April 7-April 14. It will end at the conclusion of the Carnival at 9:00 p.m.

    Winners can pick their items up at the school the following week or by emailing president@wolfranchpta.org to make arrangements.

  • The PTA will collect monetary donations for grade-level raffle baskets. Donations will be used to purchase items to create themed baskets (ex: Fun in the Sun, movie night, etc.).

    Raffle tickets can be purchased online and at the Carnival and placed in any raffle box—not just the one that corresponds to your student's grade-level basket. Tickets are $1 each or 25 for $20.

    Raffle baskets will be highlighted on our website and social media pages the week of the Carnival.

    Winners can pick their items up at the school the following week or by emailing president@wolfranchpta.org to make arrangements.

  • Yes, absolutely!

    The silent auction is online, and winners will receive their items the week after the Carnival.

    The PTA will set up the raffle baskets at the school the week of the Carnival so that families not able to attend the Carnival can view the baskets and place their raffle tickets in the corresponding boxes.

    Raffle basket winners do not need to be present to win. Tickets will include a contact information line.

  • Online donations can be made here. Any amount is much appreciated! The goal is to have 1-2 raffle baskets per grade.

    Donations accepted until Wednesday, April 5.

  • Businesses/individuals interested in donating an item to our silent auction or sponsoring the Carnival can email president@wolfranchpta.org.
